1. Eligibility and business information
You must be a lawfully operating business and provide your legal name, trade name, contact person, address, phone, email, website, registration information and, where required, tax and identity information. Each category is collected for verification, payouts, tax and fraud-prevention purposes.
2. Independent provider
You are an independent service provider and marketplace participant. This agreement does not create employment, agency, partnership or government affiliation with VisaMarket.
3. Verification
Verification statuses are Pending, Under Review, Verified, Rejected, Suspended and Expired. "Verified by VisaMarket" means we reviewed the information and documents you supplied under our verification process. It is not a government approval, professional licence, immigration-authority endorsement or guarantee of visa success.
4. Listings and pricing
Listings, services, availability and prices must be accurate and kept current. Displayed prices must be the prices you honour.
5. Prohibited claims
You must not advertise guaranteed visa approval, "100% success", government approval by VisaMarket, fraudulent credentials, fake documents, illegal immigration schemes or illegal employment arrangements.
6. Service delivery and conduct
Honour accepted bookings, communicate professionally and promptly, deliver the service advertised and follow all applicable laws and professional obligations.
7. Customer data and documents
Use customer information only for the service requested, protect it with appropriate security, and do not retain or reuse it for unrelated purposes.
8. Payments, commission and taxes
Commission: [ADMIN CONFIGURATION REQUIRED]. Settlement schedule: [ADMIN CONFIGURATION REQUIRED]. Settlement statuses are Pending, Processing, Paid, Failed, On Hold, Disputed and Refunded. Taxes are your responsibility except where the platform is legally required to collect them.
9. Refunds, cancellations and disputes
You are bound by the published Cancellation, Refund and Dispute Resolution policies and must fund refunds attributable to your non-performance.
10. Reviews
You may respond to reviews and report reviews that breach the Review & Content Policy. Genuine negative reviews are not removed on request.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend new bookings, payments and leads for fraud, misrepresentation, prohibited services, repeated complaints or legal risk. Historical bookings, payments and reviews are preserved for operational and legal reasons.
12. Intellectual property and indemnity
You grant VisaMarket permission to display your profile, logo, services and photos in the marketplace and search results, and you confirm you hold the rights to the material you upload. Indemnity provisions apply to third-party claims arising from your services, content or conduct.
