1. About these terms

2. What VisaMarket is
VisaMarket provides discovery, search, comparison, listing, booking infrastructure, communication infrastructure, payment infrastructure and review tools. VisaMarket is not a government agency, embassy, consulate, immigration authority or visa-issuing authority, and does not provide the underlying visa consulting service unless a specific service explicitly states otherwise.
3. Visa outcomes
VisaMarket does not issue visas, approve visas, guarantee visa approval, control embassy or immigration decisions, or guarantee processing times, appointment availability, admission, employment or permanent residence. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government or immigration authority.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering a contract to register. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not impersonate another person or share your account.
5. Marketplace availability
Discovery is available across India. Live consultation, booking and payment are enabled only in cities marked live on the platform — currently Hyderabad. Other cities display consultant and service information for discovery only.
6. Your relationship with consultants
Where you book a consultant service, the service agreement is between you and the consultant. VisaMarket acts as marketplace, booking and payment facilitator where those features are enabled. Consultants listed on VisaMarket may operate as independent service providers; nothing here creates employment, agency, partnership or government affiliation.
7. Acceptable use
You must not upload fraudulent documents, submit fraudulent applications, post fake reviews, abuse refunds or chargebacks, misuse consultant contact details, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
8. Payments
Prices, platform fees, taxes and discounts are displayed before payment. Payments are processed by our payment provider. See the Payment Terms, Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, illegal activity, fake reviews, harassment, security threats or repeated policy violations, with notice and an appeal route where required by law.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, VisaMarket is not liable for government or immigration decisions, consultant professional advice, third-party services or content, delays outside our control, or force majeure events. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
