Dispute Resolution Policy

Version 1.0
Effective 2026-08-09· Applies to Everyone

In short: How to raise a dispute about a booking, payment or service, what happens next, and what VisaMarket can and cannot decide.

What you can raise

Service not delivered, incorrect service, misrepresentation, payment issue, consultant behaviour, booking issue or refund issue.

Workflow

  1. You raise the dispute and choose a category.
  2. You describe the issue and attach evidence (receipts, booking details, messages, screenshots, documents where relevant).
  3. The consultant is notified and given the opportunity to respond.
  4. VisaMarket reviews the booking, payment and communication records.
  5. A resolution is recorded, including any platform refund.
  6. Where applicable you may appeal once.
  7. The dispute is closed with a written outcome.

Our role

VisaMarket facilitates communication, reviews marketplace disputes against its published policies and determines platform-side refunds. VisaMarket does not act as a legal arbitrator or court and does not determine professional liability between you and a consultant.

Evidence handling

Sensitive documents attached to a dispute stay in private storage and are visible only to the parties and authorised reviewers.

Visa outcomes

A refused visa is not automatically consultant failure. Disputes about misrepresentation, non-performance, poor communication, incorrect service or fraud remain valid.
