Prohibited services
Any service facilitating fake documents, fraudulent applications, immigration fraud, identity fraud, misrepresentation to an authority or illegal immigration activity. Administrators can remove such listings and suspend the account immediately.
Ranking and sponsorship
Paid placements are labelled Sponsored or Featured and are never presented as independent editorial ranking. Where the platform owner has a financial relationship with a listed consultancy, that relationship is disclosed. Referral and commission relationships are disclosed where required.
Quality labels
Labels such as "Highly rated", "Popular" or "Verified by VisaMarket" have defined criteria. We do not claim "best consultant", "guaranteed success" or "100% genuine".
Enforcement
Breaches may lead to content removal, listing suspension, account suspension or termination, with notice and an appeal route where required.
