Reviews
Only review services you genuinely used. Prohibited: fake reviews, undisclosed paid reviews, competitor attacks, review manipulation, extortion, other people''s personal information, and defamatory or unlawful content.
Moderation
Administrators may approve, reject, hide, restore, flag or investigate content under this policy. A review is never removed simply because a consultant dislikes it.
Reporting a review
Consultants and customers can report a review as not genuine, offensive, containing personal information, fraudulent, irrelevant or raising a legal issue. Reports are investigated against this published policy.
Other content
Photos, profile descriptions and comments must be lawful, accurate and free of hate, harassment, spam and third-party personal data.
User content licence
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant VisaMarket a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display, moderate and distribute that content within the marketplace. We do not claim ownership of your content.
