Start with what you can verify

Read the reviews, not the rating

Be sceptical of profiles where every review is short, five stars and posted in the same week. Be equally sceptical of a low rating driven by one unrelated complaint.
Ask exactly what the fee covers

Watch for the promises nobody can make
